There's no real uniting theme this week, just some absolutely terrible picks & some that were alright.

A father-son mortuary team cut into the wrong witch. This well-paced & plotted tale may get a little tangled in the details but it's a solid movie that doesn't lean into puritanical interpretations of witchcraft for a cheap scare. The cat didn't deserve that though, he was an innocent, cranky baby.

This movie is wildly creative & there is real vision to it but it just does not come together & ultimately we spent a huge chunk of the segment arguing over if we would theoretically fuck ourselves up willingly & become a weird monster for some good dick.
