This is a movie, a mood, an atmosphere — it’s definitely confusing but in an artistic way that leaves you digging for symbols & meaning among intense imagery & genuinely unnerving moments. Possum is the rare agreed upon one-and-done watch that we highly recommend. The content of it is perhaps too disturbing, too gross, for repeated watches but in your first time through you’ll be drawn in by the atmosphere, the gloom, the mystery of it all. It’s just that in the end when all is ultimately revealed, welp, you may want to bleach your brain.
